Restoring Victorian floor tiles

Black Buffing pad 16" (41cm)
I'm a keen DIY'er and want to restore the tiled hallway myself. I have read up about your products and know what to buy the only part I'm unclear on is what machinery to use to clean them with the Pro Clean? I've seen mentioned about the black pads, is this the same as above and if so what device or machine/power-tool does this pad connect to? Does the chemical's get flicked up onto the walls above the skirting board?
Kind regards

Hi Peter,
You will need a buffing machine which you can hire form any decent hire shop, attach the balck pad to the base and proceed as mentioned on our website, also I would hire a wet vac machine as well to suck up the wet residue.
