This is quite common if you are not to applying these heavy oil and wax sealers, the only thing you can do is to part strip it off, until you lose the tackiness which is caused by an over application of the product.
You can use Tile Doctor Pro-clean for this but if you are not carefull you may take it all off and have to start again.
