black stains and watermarks

I recently had some work done on the house and found that the workers have split something dark on the terracotta floor which is refusing to come off.
Also a watermark has been left by a wet bucket left standing on the terracotta.
How do I remove the above stains? |

Hi Thomas,
It will probadly mean stripping of what is left of the sealer, and giving them a deep clean and then re-sealing them, if you want to have a go at this yourself follow the link below on how to clean Terra-cotta.
