Matt ceramic floor tiles laid throughout house with underfloor heating ,heavy duty areas showing cloudy dark marks which are almost impossible to remove .have tried a variety of products with varying results .the best I can do is on hands & knees with a scrubbing brush & a product called HG power cleaner no 19 .I normally use a steam cleaner , please advise1553 |

Hi Jane,
Best to use a Grout remover like the one below, if however it was a flexible grout then I will need to go through the process with you as it is a bit more complicated, call us on 0845 6524652 if a flexible grout was used.
