Battery acid spilled on slate floor

Asked by Pamela Luck from United Kingdom: Customer has spilled battery acid on a slate floor which has left a "white splodge"

TileProf says: Hi Pamela, Not an easy one to clean, Acid causes damage, not really classed as a Stain, if the mark dispears when wet then there is hope for it to be resolved, try cleanin ghte Tile in question first remove all the old sealer and the re-seal with either Tile Doctor Colour Grow or Seal and Go, click on link below for more info on how to go about this problem.
